What Catia does, and does it quite well, is that she explains the process in detail. I mean step by step. Which builds trust. Additionally, this is extremely helpful because she narrows down the houses that are within my range and closely match all my needs. This lady is a rock-star. She managed my expectations and keep me in the loop with everything throughout. My case was a bit more difficult just because there were so many folks involved. While some realtors are just competent, Catia is exceptional! I would describe her as a White Glove realtor; giving her clients peace of mind and confidence throughout the entire process. With her extensive knowledge of the industry and market specifics, she was invaluable to keeping the process on track and providing support and guidance on our decisions. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and preparedness can’t be matched, but most importantly Catia showed us that she cared and had our best interest in mind. That level of trust is why she will always be my number 1!
